What You'll do:
- Support the day-to-day operation, administration, and maintenance of Azure cloud environments.
- Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure services, including virtual machines, networking, and storage.
- Ensure operational stability, service continuity, and security compliance across cloud platforms.
- Administer Windows Server infrastructure and core services such as Active Directory and DNS.
- Perform patching activities, server lifecycle management, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Monitor cloud environments, manage alerts, and proactively identify operational issues.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, ensuring timely restoration of services.
- Conduct capacity planning and performance monitoring to optimize cloud resources.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Create and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, change management documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with Cloud Architects and senior Cloud Engineers to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Who You Are:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure administration, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, and storage.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and DNS.
- Experience with patch management, server lifecycle administration, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Familiar with monitoring platforms, alert management, and incident resolution processes.
- Understanding of capacity management and performance optimization within cloud environments.
- Experience developing automation scripts using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Skilled in creating operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Familiar with change management and IT operational best practices.
- Good communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively within technical teams.
