What You'll do:

- Define test objectives, scope, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios;

- Design and execute test strategies for standalone and functional testing activities; 

- Prioritize test cases based on business impact, risk assessment, and project requirements; 

- Validate application functionality, business workflows, and end-to-end processes; 

- Execute both manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality;

- Perform regression testing and support release validation activities;

- Test backend systems, services, and APIs;

- Reproduce, investigate, document, and track defects throughout their lifecycle;

- Collaborate with developers and QA team members to analyse issues and verify resolutions; 

- Provide visibility into testing progress, coverage, risks, defect trends, and test results;

- Maintain accurate test documentation and ensure testing traceability; 

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of test automation frameworks and practices;

- Utilize Linux commands, Jenkins pipelines, Git, Python, Shell scripting, and database tools during testing activities;

- Apply BDD methodologies and test automation best practices;

- Leverage AI tools to support test design, test case generation, defect analysis, reporting, documentation, automation, and knowledge discovery;

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, QA standards, and knowledge-sharing activities across the team;

Who You Are:

- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or a related technical role;

- You have hands-on experience with functional testing, defect management, test reporting, and test traceability; 

- You have experience working in Banking, Brokerage, Financial Markets, or other financial systems environments;

- You have a solid understanding of BDD (Behaviour-Driven Development) principles and test automation frameworks;

- You have practical experience using Linux commands, Jenkins, and Git in testing environments;

- You have experience with Python and Shell scripting;

- You have worked with databases and database management tools in testing or technical environments;

- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail;

- You are comfortable collaborating in cross-functional Agile teams;

- You are proactive, quality-driven, and committed to continuous improvement;

- You are passionate about delivering high-quality software and enhancing testing processes through automation and innovation;

- You are fluent in both English and Portuguese, written and spoken.
