Position Summary:

Strong project management skills by effectively coordinating various global teams utilizing both
Traditional methodology and SCRUM.
Using Multiple technologies ex.SalesForce, SAP, ServiceNow, DataAnalytics, SnowFlake, Tableau,
PowerBi
Project Management & Governance since from Initiate (Budget, AsIs, ToBe, Resource Planning,
Overall Schedule, Project Cost/Benefit, Organization + RACI, Risk Management, Vendor
Procurement, Status Report, Progress/Quality Monitoring, Project Reflections/Closure) until
GoLive/Hypercare
Implementing SAP Projects using Traditional Methodology(Waterfall) with PMP for whole project
LifeCycle with integrations to other Platforms (SalesForce, OTM)
Implementing SalesForce Projects using Agile Methodology(SCRUM) for whole project LifeCycle with
integrations to other Platforms (SAP)
Implementing Analytics Projects using Agile Methodology(SCRUM) with SnowFlake,Tableau,PowerBi
with several DataSources (External by API, TXT, SAP BW, SalesForce)
Promoting Agile practices with 'STORYMAP' to improve a better Product view for Product
Owner/stakeholders with prioritization of demands by releases
Managing Agile process with JIRA and Template definitions for Tests/Story.
