Senior Business Analyst

What You'll do:

- Analyse and document business and functional requirements;

- Translate business needs into functional specifications and User Stories;

- Create and maintain Story Maps and test documentation;

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements;

- Support test preparation and execution and follow up on identified issues;

- Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation;

- Analyse data and validate requirements using SQL queries;

- Contribute to solution design, considering the technical architecture;

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project activities;

- Support configuration and parameterisation activities when required;

- Hybrid work model; 

Who You Are:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;

- French – C1 and English – B2/C1;

- Strong experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications and User Stories;

- Experience with Story Mapping, test documentation and test execution;

- Experience creating functional and technical documentation;

- Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and technical teams;

- Good knowledge of SQL and database models;

- Good understanding of technical architectures;

- Experience working with Agile methodologies;

- Experience in User Story writing;

- Banking industry experience is a plus;

- Experience with parameterisation and configuration is a plus;

- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills;

- Autonomous, proactive and team-oriented mindset.
