What You'll do:

- Review existing documents and procedures from Facilities and HR;

- Perform initial mapping against the P&R Functional Rule;

- Assess ongoing PSM cases and activities;

- Agree priorities with the area manager;

- Diagnose and prioritise the supplier assessment backlog, including DDQs, VIS assessments and periodic reviews;

- Propose, build, test and maintain a TPRM control system, including its structure, KPIs, review cycle and supporting tool;

- Complete gap analysis between existing documentation and applicable requirements;

- Propose the harmonisation of terminology and document structures;

- Coordinate validation meetings with Facilities and HR teams;

- Conduct physical security assessments and manage priority personal security cases;

- Approve security concepts for applicable events;

- Execute supplier assessments and periodic reviews;

- Produce progress reports, gap reports and six-month consolidated reporting;

- Define assurance, reporting and KPI monitoring models;

- Document processes and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions;

- Implement and follow up on ERM action plans, corrective actions and outstanding gaps;

- Support recurring PSM activities and monthly reporting;

- Review TPRM assessment quality, supporting evidence and control system performance; 

- Deliver the final handover, including open actions, recommendations and supporting documentation;

- Hybrid work model.



Who You Are:

- At least 3 years of experience in corporate security, emergency and crisis management, or TPRM;

- Able to work independently across multiple topics;

- Experienced in gap analysis, regulatory mapping and process design;

- Experienced with supplier assessments, DDQs and TPRM controls;

- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different internal teams;

- Willing to complete confidentiality, data protection and fit-and-proper checks;
