What You'll do:

- Planning, designing, and implementing ZScaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZCC) for customers as part of client projects

- Designing and implementing ZScaler Branch Connect for secure SD-WAN-based branch connectivity (Cloud Branch, Hub & Spoke, Breakout configuration)

- Migration of existing network and security infrastructures (proxy, firewall, MPLS) to the ZScaler Zero Trust Exchange platform

- Establishment of connections between the networks of divesting companies using ZScaler and separate companies without ZScaler in IMO and FMO scenarios involving carve-outs.

- Establishing connections between the networks of the company to be integrated and the acquiring company with an existing ZScaler environment in IMO and FMO in PMI scenarios.

- Providing technical consulting and architecture support for Zero Trust and SASE transformation projects

- Conducting technical workshops, proof-of-concepts (PoC), and training sessions at the customer's site and remotely

- Preparing architecture documentation, operating manuals, HLD/LLD concepts, and handover documents

- Analyzing and resolving complex issues in the ZScaler environment (2nd/3rd level support), including escalation management with ZScaler Support

- Working closely with internal project teams, the ZScaler partner ecosystem, and client stakeholders

- Full Remote based in Portugal

Who You Are:

- Several years of proven experience in the implementation and operation of ZScaler Internet Access (ZIA) and ZScaler Private Access (ZPA)

- In-depth knowledge of ZScaler Branch Connect, including configuration of Cloud Branch, forwarding profiles, location management, and SD-WAN integration (e.g., Cisco Viptela, VMware SD-WAN, Silver Peak)

- Solid understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), SASE architectures, and modern network and security concepts

- Experience with network protocols and technologies: BGP, OSPF, IPSec/GRE tunnels, DNS, HTTP/S inspection, split tunneling

- Knowledge of integrating ZScaler with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid cloud scenarios

- Experience connecting identity providers (Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, SAML 2.0, SCIM) to ZScaler environments

- ZScaler certification (ZCCA-IA, ZCCA-PA, or ZCCP) held or pursued—additional vendor certifications (CCNP, PCNSE, etc.) are a plus

- Experience in an IT consulting environment, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients

- Experience with carve-out and PMI projects is a plus

- Ability to work under pressure and experience with projects under tight deadlines

- Very good English skills (B2+) in both spoken and written forms
