Responsibilities
Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT outsourcing services;
Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they fit the ideal customer profile for the services offered;
Client Needs Analysis: Understand the technological challenges and needs of potential clients to provide suitable outsourcing solutions;
Consulting: Act as a consultant, offering recommendations on how IT outsourcing can solve specific problems and improve operational efficiency;
Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals outlining outsourcing services, benefits, and contract terms;
Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of services to potential clients, highlighting the advantages and benefits of IT outsourcing;
Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions, including service scope, service-level agreements (SLA), and pricing;
Sales Closing: Finalize contracts and secure agreement signatures with clients;
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities;
Post-Sales Follow-Up: Monitor service performance to ensure client expectations are met;
Client Feedback: Collect feedback from clients regarding the services provided and collaborate with the delivery team to resolve any issues or enhance services;
Continuous Improvement: Use feedback to adjust proposals and improve service offerings.
Mandatory Requirements
Understanding of IT and Outsourcing: Deep knowledge of IT technologies, outsourcing models, and their impact on business operations;
Technical Terms and Concepts: Familiarity with IT-related terminology and technical concepts such as cloud computing, information security, and network management;
Previous Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the technology or outsourcing services sector;
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets;
Academic Background: University degree in areas such as Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or Engineering may be preferred;
Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, IT management, or specific technologies are considered a plus.
