About the job Senior AI Product Manager - Client Facing
Location: Remote – Latin America
Experience: 5–8+ years in Product Management and related technical roles
Languages: Professional Spanish and English required (C1 English minimum)
About the role
We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager who can embed within client organizations, identify high-impact business problems, and convert them into concrete AI-enabled products, workflows, or proofs of concept.
You will work directly with business leaders and executives, leading the journey from discovery to a working solution. You will define the opportunity, scope the POC, establish success metrics, own the backlog, guide iterative delivery, and present evidence-based recommendations to the client.
This is a hands-on Product Management role. It is not a traditional Project Manager, Scrum Master, sales, or pure consulting position.
Day to Day
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand processes, bottlenecks, business objectives, and root causes.
- Identify opportunities where AI can produce measurable business value.
- Convert ambiguous business problems into specific, buildable product initiatives.
- Define and scope fixed-timeframe POCs, MVPs, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Build a clear business case and agree on measurable success criteria before development begins.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog throughout the POC and implementation.
- Own the executive relationship from first discovery through handoff to delivery; guard scope integrity; run outcome reviews and identify expansion opportunities.
- Track progress against success metrics; prepare and deliver results presentations to client executives; make evidence-based Go/No-Go recommendations.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including direct experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner for technical products, ideally client-facing or cross-functional. This
is the primary screen: product judgment. - Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap and backlog.
- Experience personally making product prioritization and scope decisions.
- Experience taking at least one product, MVP, or POC from an ambiguous problem through implementation and validation.
- Experience working directly with external clients or enterprise stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business problems into clear product requirements, prioritized increments, and measurable outcomes.
- Practical understanding of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, or AI-enabled workflows.
- Ability to facilitate senior stakeholder conversations and present recommendations to executive audiences.
- Experience in a client-facing consultancy, professional services, enterprise SaaS, or digital transformation environment.
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, with a minimum C1 level of English.
Nice to have
- Background in Business Analysis, software delivery, engineering, or technical leadership before moving into Product Management.
- Strong commercial judgment and understanding of how technology initiatives create measurable value.
This role is NOT:
- NOT a pure technical Solution Architect — pairs with a dedicated technical architect on each engagement; not expected to write code.
- NOT a project manager.
- NOT a sales-only role.
- NOT pure discovery/consulting that ends in a report or recommendation deck — it ends in a working system.
- NOT primarily screened on discovery/stakeholder craft — that's built via onboarding; the primary screen is product judgment.
Why apply:
- Work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.
- Compensation in USD.
- Paid time off.
- Lead high-impact AI transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.
- Work directly with business leaders and executive stakeholders across LATAM and the US.
- Take ownership from initial discovery through POC validation and delivery handoff.
