Sr Full Stack Engineer - Kotlin (backend) + React

We are partnering with a fast-growing U.S. technology company that is transforming how businesses manage and automate critical operational workflows at scale.

As part of a senior engineering team, you'll help build a greenfield product that directly impacts revenue, operational efficiency, and customer experience. This is not a maintenance role—you'll be designing and delivering new capabilities, solving complex integration challenges, and helping shape the technical direction of the platform.

We're looking for engineers who think beyond tickets, challenge assumptions, and enjoy taking ownership from concept to production.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Kotlin.
• Build integrations with third-party systems, APIs, webhooks, and external platforms.
• Create reliable, maintainable, and well-tested solutions.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Develop frontend functionality using React when required.
• Help improve onboarding, automation, and operational workflows through technology.
• Participate directly in discussions with U.S.-based stakeholders.

This role is approximately 70% backend and 30% frontend.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with Kotlin.
• Experience building backend services using Spring Boot, Ktor, or similar frameworks.
• Solid React experience.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Experience integrating external APIs and third-party platforms.
• Strong automated testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English communication skills.
