Senior AI Engineer (LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI)

We are seeking an AI Harness Engineer to design and implement AI-driven workflows that integrate LLMs, OCR, and agent-based systems across frontend and backend platforms.

This role focuses on building Agent Harnesses and intelligent automation layers that connect AI capabilities with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is highly technical, integration-focused, and proactive in challenging assumptions, identifying improvements, and optimizing AI-driven solutions.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain Agent Harnesses and AI orchestration workflows.
• Implement RAG architectures and prompt engineering strategies.
• Develop OCR and document processing pipelines.
• Integrate LLMs with frontend and backend systems.
• Implement tool/function calling for AI-driven automation.
• Design AI evaluation and testing frameworks.
• Ensure scalable and secure AI deployments.
• Identify automation opportunities across systems.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies.

Required qualifications:

• Experience with AI/integration roles.
• Strong experience with LLMs in production.
• Hands-on experience with: Agent Harnesses, RAG, Prompt Engineering, OCR, AI integrations.
• Python experience.
• Experience with structured/unstructured data.
• Fluent English skills.
