Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer to build and improve a digital platform used by donors. You will develop end-to-end features across web applications, backend APIs, databases, and cloud services while contributing to technical decisions and mentoring other developers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive web applications using React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Build backend services and APIs using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python.
  • Design secure REST APIs and system integrations.
  • Work with AWS or Azure cloud services.
  • Develop and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and production deployments.
  • Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
  • Apply security and data privacy best practices.
  • Use AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
  • Support production reliability and incident resolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full stack development experience.
  • Strong experience with at least one backend technology:
    • Java/Spring Boot
    • Node.js/Express/NestJS
    • Python/FastAPI/Django
  • Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, JWT, or OIDC.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD and Docker.
  • Recent hands-on coding experience.
  • Experience delivering production software in regulated or consumer-facing environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare, life sciences, fintech, or other regulated-industry experience.
  • GraphQL or event-driven architecture experience.
  • Kubernetes, Kafka, SQS, or SNS.
  • Feature flag and progressive deployment tools.
  • Experience integrating scheduling, payment, or healthcare systems.
  • Experience incorporating AI/ML services into digital products.
