Join Our Team at Lunas Consulting as a Fractional SDR

We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented individual for a fractional SDR role. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and will initially be project-based.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Represent our client’s products and services

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists based on company size, industry, budget, and decision-making authority.

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

  • Build and nurture relationships through regular follow-ups, and personalized communication.

  • Craft and execute compelling email campaigns and personalized outreach messages.

  • Schedule introductory calls with qualified leads.

  • Maintain detailed records of activities and interactions within our CRM.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for leads generated and meetings scheduled. 

Required skills and qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience is essential, with a history of exceeding lead targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with lead generation tools like Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, Apollo etc. 

  • Experience with outreach tools such as Reply, Smartlead, Expandi, or Skylead.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems like HubSpot or Zoho.

  • HUGE PLUS if you’ve already worked as an SDR or lead generation/sales agency before. 

Technical Requirements:

  • A reliable laptop or computer with a 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac).

  • A fast and reliable internet connection of at least 25mbps.
