About the job General Manager (Hospitality Company)

On behalf of our clients, a premium senior living apartments that is currently looking for General Manager position. This role will be responsible for leading the operational team and developing business strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations including facility management, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales and marketing, and Senior Activity Center.
  • Implementing business strategies aligned with goals and values
  • Lead and mentor department heads including activity manager, sales & marketing manager, chef, and facility manager
  • Promote a culture of accountability, compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents and families to ensure trust and satisfaction.
  • Represent the facility in dealings with partners, healthcare providers, regulators, and the community.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Requirements: 

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in hotel or hospitality management, ideally in a General Manager or senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing hotel operations, with a focus on driving profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related fields
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to engage and motivate a diverse team
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal)
  • Compassion for people, especially the elderly
