On behalf of our client, a well-known healthcare company focused on dental/clinic services to find a Human Capital Manager.
as Human Capital Manager you'll be Responsible for planning, managing, and executing the recruitment, selection, retention, development, performance assessment, and employee industrial relations processes.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategies and work plans for the Human Capital Department and ensure their achievement, including budgeting and investment planning.
- Design, manage, and control operational budgets.
- Conduct workforce planning and design an effective recruitment and selection system.
- Develop a salary structure and appropriate compensation system.
- Plan employee development, including transfers and/or promotions, according to job needs.
- Develop an effective performance evaluation system and ensure its implementation across all work units.
- Design employee development programs, such as training, coaching, assignments, transfers, and promotions, based on data-driven identification.
- Review workload analysis and ensure the accuracy of job descriptions for each position.
- Support the companies business operations by enhancing employee productivity, fostering a positive work environment, and formulating new policies as needed.
- Develop retention strategies and succession plans.
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Health, and other government institutions regarding employment-related responsibilities, such as labor permits, labor regulations, and social security programs (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan).
- Handle labor-related issues faced by OMDC Group and propose solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and government regulations related to employment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Diligent, collaborative, and able to work in a team.
