On behalf of our client, a well-known healthcare company focused on dental/clinic services to find a Human Capital Manager. 

as Human Capital Manager you'll be Responsible for planning, managing, and executing the recruitment, selection, retention, development, performance assessment, and employee industrial relations processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate strategies and work plans for the Human Capital Department and ensure their achievement, including budgeting and investment planning.
  2. Design, manage, and control operational budgets.
  3. Conduct workforce planning and design an effective recruitment and selection system.
  4. Develop a salary structure and appropriate compensation system.
  5. Plan employee development, including transfers and/or promotions, according to job needs.
  6. Develop an effective performance evaluation system and ensure its implementation across all work units.
  7. Design employee development programs, such as training, coaching, assignments, transfers, and promotions, based on data-driven identification.
  8. Review workload analysis and ensure the accuracy of job descriptions for each position.
  9. Support the companies business operations by enhancing employee productivity, fostering a positive work environment, and formulating new policies as needed.
  10. Develop retention strategies and succession plans.
  11. Coordinate with the Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Health, and other government institutions regarding employment-related responsibilities, such as labor permits, labor regulations, and social security programs (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan).
  12. Handle labor-related issues faced by OMDC Group and propose solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or Management.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of labor laws and government regulations related to employment.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Diligent, collaborative, and able to work in a team.
