Job Description:

  • Responsible for building and maintaining a strong and trusting partnership with multiple clients
  • Responsible for understanding and resolving issues that affect clients' deliverables
  • Communicate accurate and timely information to clients and project team
  • Monitor projects timeline and client representatives
  • Lead both internal and external progress status meetings and in charge for Minutes of Meetings
  • Assign needed tasks to team members and proceed all necessary follow-ups
  • Responsible in handling the sales and marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B
  • Graduate from Marketing, Business, Communication or related field
  • Excellent communication skills and good critical thinking
  • Responsive and a good problem solver
  • Able to communicate clearly in a timely manner
  • Have the ability influence and negotiate with clients and project team
  • Familiar in managing multiple tasks at the same time
  • Able to work under pressure & deadlines
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
