Job Description:
- Responsible for building and maintaining a strong and trusting partnership with multiple clients
- Responsible for understanding and resolving issues that affect clients' deliverables
- Communicate accurate and timely information to clients and project team
- Monitor projects timeline and client representatives
- Lead both internal and external progress status meetings and in charge for Minutes of Meetings
- Assign needed tasks to team members and proceed all necessary follow-ups
- Responsible in handling the sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B
- Graduate from Marketing, Business, Communication or related field
- Excellent communication skills and good critical thinking
- Responsive and a good problem solver
- Able to communicate clearly in a timely manner
- Have the ability influence and negotiate with clients and project team
- Familiar in managing multiple tasks at the same time
- Able to work under pressure & deadlines
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
