We are assisting one of our clients, a renowned Japanese retail company and they are currently looking for Facility Assitant Manager.
Job Description:
- Plan equipment and building facilities with an objective evaluation of the company and business strategies.
- This position is for store operations related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
- Perform daily maintenance for equipment and buildings.
- Inspect equipment and buildings for safety compliance according to occupational health and safety standards.
- Identify equipment needs for repairs and develop solutions using PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act).
- Read and interpret drawings, sketches, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Able to lead technicians and office staff.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls.
- Troubleshoot to resolve minor repairs.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or facilities management.
- Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
