We are assisting one of our clients, a renowned Japanese retail company and they are currently looking for Facility Assitant Manager. 

Job Description:

  • Plan equipment and building facilities with an objective evaluation of the company and business strategies.
  • This position is for store operations related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
  • Perform daily maintenance for equipment and buildings.
  • Inspect equipment and buildings for safety compliance according to occupational health and safety standards.
  • Identify equipment needs for repairs and develop solutions using PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act).
  • Read and interpret drawings, sketches, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Able to lead technicians and office staff.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls.
  • Troubleshoot to resolve minor repairs.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or facilities management.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
