About the job Finance and Tax Business Partner (Manufacturing)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate, partner, and support the BD and operations team on the accounting and tax aspects of projects undertaken by the Company and provide recommendations to the management team.
- Develop project-related financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Establish and maintain relationships with banks and MFIs.
- Prepare monthly tax computations and ensure timely filing of tax.
- Work with external tax advisers and ensure that annual tax computations and CBCR are done accurately and ensure timely filing of tax.
- Work with external tax advisers to ensure that tax-efficient structure is achieved for projects undertaken by the Company.
- Work with external tax advisers and ensure that RPT transactions are arms-length transaction in compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Monitor project-related regulatory requirements and changes, ensuring compliance and proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Ensure all project-related regulatory registration and filing with the various regulators are done promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial management, tax, accounting, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is preferred.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
