Center Director (education company)

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to the achievement of Center's revenue by leading the team through various channels
• Plan and execute marketing activities to build, maintain and promote the brand in the local market, and attract potential customers
• Managing employees and leading day-to-day operational Center by overseeing several division.
• Communicate all operating policies and issues at department meetings.
• Partner with all divisions to develop an educational curriculum and excellent service for the customer and reach the sales target.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and tracking sales goals.

Requirements :

• At least 2 years experiences in educational, retail, health and wellness industry / leadership role.
• Strong english proficiency is a must (at least C1 or B2 level)
• Well-groomed : maintaining an atteractive yet professional look is a plus
• Possess strong analytic skills and effective communication abilities, which enable me to excel in planning and forecasting.
• Attentive to details and quality.
