On behalf of our client,a well-known healthcare company focused on dental/clinic services to find a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Plan effective marketing strategies, including market targeting, market segmentation, and the development of marketing plans.
- Manage the sales team effectively, provide direction and motivation to team members, and monitor sales performance.
- Build strong relationships with customers, listen to their feedback, handle complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze data on customer behavior and market trends to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research, oversee promotional activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Supervise the implementation of marketing plans, monitor the success of marketing strategies, and make adjustments as needed.
- Analyze daily, weekly, or monthly sales data.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, or management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to utilize and analyze data on customer behavior, market trends, and sales performance to develop marketing strategies.
- Proficient in using social media, websites, and other online marketing technologies.
- Strong leadership skills to manage the sales team, provide clear direction, and motivate team members to achieve company sales targets.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
