We are recruiting on behalf of one of the prominent Health Tech company that is looking for Corporate Development position.
Job Descriptions:
- Financial modelling for M&A, fund raising, etc
- Manage/assist in end-to-end execution of fundraising and M&A activities
- Financial statements and business performance analysis
- Assist in creating presentation materials for Council, Boards/stakeholders
- Prepare regular reporting to Council, Board/stakeholders
- Manage communication with shareholders and investors
- Coordination/liaise with all relevant business units
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree Required, Masters degree in Business or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience in financial consulting, investment banking, private equity or corporate financial analysis
- Savvy financial analysis and financial modelling skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships up to the C-Level.
- Have prior experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, and Fund Raising
