Head of Production (Ranching)

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the production field.
• Knowledge of production processes and machine maintenance.
• Strong team management and production planning skills.
• Leadership skills with the ability to make decisions effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description:

• Supervise the production process from raw material receipt to the final product (tray).
• Monitor and plan the maintenance of production tools and machines.
• Evaluate workforce utilization and provide training.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and final product stock.
• Prepare production performance reports and conduct analyses for improvements.
