Plant Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all activities related to the production process and other departments in the plant.
• Tasked with providing guidance and instructions to the Assistant Operations Manager and supervisors in each department.
• Evaluating the development of the plant to increase productivity, which will also boost profitability.

• Ensuring the achievement of the targets set by the company.

• Deciding on the necessary resources required for the company's needs.
• Authorized to coordinate and direct all functions within the Plant Division.
• Authorized to make important decisions related to production, such as product quality standards and the required production equipment/machines.

Requirements: 

• Minimum bachelor's degree in industrial engineering / management / or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of experience as a manager.
• Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing and management reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent time management.
• Ability to work under pressure and motivate all employees under their supervision.
• Decisive in making decisions, solving problems, and leading the team efficiently.
• Ability to think systematically and logically, with quick and efficient thinking.
• Strong leadership skills, courageous, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
• Able to work both in a team and individually.
