About the job Research & Development Manager (Cloud Kitchen)
Youll oversee and coordinate all research and development activities related to the company's products, from planning and implementation to reporting. Also, create a master recipe and set the standard procedure for it.
Qualifications:
A minimum of Diploma 3 in Hospitality/F&B.
Have at least 5 years of experience in FMCG, hotel, catering, or F&B companies.
Proficient in operating Ms. Office applications, particularly Ms. Excel and PowerPoint.
A deep understanding of formulating various food products and analytical development.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proactive analytical thinking skills for seeking solutions and solving problems.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in English communication skills.
