Head of Commercial (Hospital and Healthcare)

On behalf of our client, a prominent hospital group, we are seeking to fill two Head of Commercial positions: one based in Surabaya and one in Bandung. With details down below:

Job description:

• Assist Hospital Director in sales & marketing function
• Develop programs and annual budgets, capital expenditures for PR, Sales, Customer Relations, Front Office
• Conduct competitor analysis and product-service comparison; devise pricing strategy
• Market product-service highlights to communities and the market
• Develop manpower capabilities to create a quality team
• Decide on investment in capital equipment and modern devices for the Hospital

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field. 
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in hospital/healthcare field is required for this position. 
• Preferably Senior Manager/Manager specialized in Sales/Marketing/Business Development - Corporate or equivalent.
• Skills: Planning, Strategic, Analytical, Problem solving, Communication, Sales, Marketing and Business Development
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya or Bandung
