We are assisting one of our clients, a local Smart home appliances company and they are currently looking for Sales Manager IP Camera & Smart Home Appliances.
Responsibilites:
- Lead and manage sales projects for Internet Protocol (IP) Cameras and Smart Home Appliances from initiation to completion.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for both project-based and retail sales to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients across various sectors, including government, corporate, hospitality, hotels, and retail partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, project deliverables, and customer requirements are met.
- Monitor sales performance, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and optimize relationships with retail partners to enhance product placement, promotions, and in-store visibility.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and retail staff, ensuring in-depth product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations, promotional events, and customer engagement activities to drive sales growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in smart home and security technology.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting sales performance, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales project management and retail sales, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
- Proven track record in managing multiple sales projects, achieving sales targets, and handling retail partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of Internet Protocol (IP) Cameras and Smart Home Appliances.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and motivate cross-functional teams and retail staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools.
