Travel Manager (Tour & Travel Company)

On behalf of our client, a leading and well-established tour and travel company, we are currently seeking a Travel Manager to be based in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, service quality management, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, travel trends, and new destinations to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customer.

• Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales within the travel industry, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
