About the role:

As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing project management, team leadership, risk and change management, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and solution design and implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • In project management, you will define project scope, goals, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with both technical and business feasibility. 
  • You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and address escalations to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • You will also play a crucial role in proactively managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs to ensure successful project outcomes. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks will be a key responsibility to minimize disruptions.
  • You will ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. 
  • Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement solutions that address business needs is another vital aspect of your role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are highly advantageous.

Experience & Skills:

  • At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the insurance or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proven track record in delivering projects successfully and achieving defined deliverables.
  • Exceptional maturity in managing diverse stakeholders and navigating complex environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project, and the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage resources and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, fostering collaboration and accountability.
