About the job Account Executive (Event Management)
On behalf of our client, a dynamic event management and language services company, we are currently seeking a Account Executive. This position involves identifying new business opportunities and nurturing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage to find new clients based on our services
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unlock new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present services to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customers satisfaction and to maintain the companys reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role with minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Familiar with goverment, coorporate, MICE, dan event organizing
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Ability to speak and write in English is an advantage
