On behalf of our client, a dynamic event management and language services company, we are currently seeking a Account Executive. This position involves identifying new business opportunities and nurturing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage to find new clients based on our services
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unlock new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Present services to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customers satisfaction and to maintain the companys reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role with minimum 2-3 years of experience
  • Familiar with goverment, coorporate, MICE, dan event organizing
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Ability to speak and write in English is an advantage
