On behalf of our client, a well-known Group Company engaged in the Automotive industry (cars and motorcycles), we are looking for a Logistic & Delivery Administration Manager.

Job Description:

1. Routine Activities:

  • Monitor and control the operational budget for Logistics.
  • Process claims for accessory vendor invoices.
  • Process claims for expedition vendor invoices.
  • Manage Opex/Capex Logistics Main Pool.
  • Monitor delivery costs to customers (fuel, toll fees, and transportation costs).
  • Supervise accessory installations at the Main Pool, Branches, and PDC TAM.
  • Conduct monthly stock-taking at branches and the Main Pool.
  • Monitor conditional stock at all branches (Branch Dwelling).
  • Track and report On-Time Delivery Performance (by days and by hours) from branches to customers.
  • Monitor Good Issue Units after handing over vehicles to customers (Stock-out by system).
  • Review and oversee fleet delivery units.
  • Manage the delivery and supply of units from ATPM/NVDC TAM to branches/pools and then to customers.
  • Ensure logistics operations and vehicle documentation comply with applicable SOPs.
  • Manage Used Car Units from NVDC TAM (Accident) for auction processing at Tunas Used Car Auction.

2. Supporting Activities:

  • Assist in resolving issues with Branches, Main Pool, Head Office, or ATPM.
  • Handle internal and external correspondence related to STNK/BPKB (vehicle registration documents).
  • Develop logistics dashboard reports using Power BI.
  • Conduct vendor tenders, selection, MOU preparation, and evaluations related to vehicle registration & documentation.

3. Non-Routine / Incidental Activities:

  • Prepare specific data as required by management.
  • Ensure that ongoing projects within the department align with established objectives and timelines.
