We are assisting one of our clients, a well-known F&B and Lifestyle company and they are currently looking for Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling restaurant and bar operations, with a proven track record in sales management. This role will focus on acquiring new clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and acquire new clients within the F&B industry, focusing on restaurants and bars.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management review.
- Train, mentor, and lead the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's client base.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the F&B lifestyle industry.
- Proven experience in handling restaurants and bars.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in the F&B sector.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English
