We are assisting one of our clients, a well-known F&B and Lifestyle company and they are currently looking for Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling restaurant and bar operations, with a proven track record in sales management. This role will focus on acquiring new clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Identify and acquire new clients within the F&B industry, focusing on restaurants and bars.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management review.
  • Train, mentor, and lead the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the F&B lifestyle industry.
  • Proven experience in handling restaurants and bars.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in the F&B sector.
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English
