Sales Manager (Fragrance Manufacture)

On behalf of our client, a Fragrance Manufacture company that is looking to hire a Sales Manager with details below with responsibilities and requirements below:

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of sales plans and ability to execute them well.
• Lead sales team to achieve its target.
• Visit to on-going clients across Indonesia.
• Train, mentor and lead the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Have an experience as Sales Manager, preferably within the Fragrance/Aromatic industry.
• Have experience in leading a team of sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proficiency in English.
• Have experience in B2B and B2C.
