Job Description:
  • Build and enhance the brand image of a Premium Cosmetic & Skincare brand.
  • Develop strategies, plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, while generating new ideas for the company.
  • Responsible for both online and offline sales.

  • Ensure and oversee all offline marketing activities in ATL and BTL channels.
  • Ensure and oversee all online marketing activities on social media and digital platforms.
  • Familiar with and experienced in utilizing e-commerce features on platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and Tokopedia.
  • Monitor and lead the E-commerce team to achieve sales targets.

  • Manage CPAS ads, digital advertising, and KOL collaborations.

  • Analyze marketing performance to drive continuous improvement.

  • Efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize results.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams and other divisions such as Sales, E-commerce, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the Skincare/Cosmetic industry.

  • Strong passion for makeup and skincare.

  • E-commerce experience is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously.
