On behalf of our client, a well-known IT Solustions & Services Company in Indonesia that is looking to hire a Head of Sales position with details below

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve sales objective
  • Plan and manage budget, present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and forecast to the management team
  • Lead and manage team members to reach company's target
  • Manage the sales pipeline and source leads
  • Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
  • Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers
  • Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc) and maintain relationships
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree 
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Experienced in Government tendered projects is a plus
  • Have an experience in Technology Industry is a must
  • Solid knowledge of Sales management and B2B sales pipeline management
  • Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, Hubspot,
    Linkedin, etc.
  • Dynamic, strong leadership skills with sharp business acumen and capability of new business development (hunter mindset).
