About the job Head of Sales (IT Consulting & Services)
On behalf of our client, a well-known IT Solustions & Services Company in Indonesia that is looking to hire a Head of Sales position with details below
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to achieve sales objective
- Plan and manage budget, present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and forecast to the management team
- Lead and manage team members to reach company's target
- Manage the sales pipeline and source leads
- Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
- Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers
- Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc) and maintain relationships
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Experienced in Government tendered projects is a plus
- Have an experience in Technology Industry is a must
- Solid knowledge of Sales management and B2B sales pipeline management
- Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, Hubspot,
Linkedin, etc. - Dynamic, strong leadership skills with sharp business acumen and capability of new business development (hunter mindset).
