Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
  • Brand & Marketing Management: Build and strengthen the company's brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Digital Marketing & E-Commerce: Oversee the digital marketing efforts, including online campaigns, social media, and website optimization to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Market Research & Consumer Insights: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and opportunities for business growth. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to drive marketing initiatives that support sales growth. Lead the development of promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships to generate revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in market planning, market research, and developing marketing strategies with minimum 10 years of experience.
  • Strong skills in public relations, brand development, and marketing management.
  • A successful track record of driving sales growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in both offline and online marketing
