Human Resource Business Partner
Job Description: be a strategic partner to management in aligning business strategies, conducting talent reviews, developing performance evaluation systems based on KPI/OKR, fostering an adaptive and collaborative work culture, and drafting and overseeing HR policies.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management
Holds a CHRP certification
will be an advantage-
Has 3-5 years of experience
Able to lead or be involved in talent management projects
- Possesses strong analytical, communication, and change management skills
- Understands labor law, ISO standards, and HR practices
- Capable of working closely with and supporting top-level leadership
