Human Resource Business Partner

Job Description: be a strategic partner to management in aligning business strategies, conducting talent reviews, developing performance evaluation systems based on KPI/OKR, fostering an adaptive and collaborative work culture, and drafting and overseeing HR policies.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management

  • Holds a CHRP certification

     will be an advantage 
  • Has 3-5 years of experience

  • Able to lead or be involved in talent management projects

  • Possesses strong analytical, communication, and change management skills
  • Understands labor law, ISO standards, and HR practices
  • Capable of working closely with and supporting top-level leadership
