Requirements :
- Minimum 5- 7 years of sales experience in IT solutions or cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, especially in B2B or enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (e.g., firewalls, endpoint security, SOC, cloud security).
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and negotiate high-value deals.
- Experience in managing and scaling a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for IT security products and services (e.g., network security, endpoint protection, SOC services, cloud security).
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong pipelines through direct selling, partnerships, and channel development.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive a performance-based sales culture with focus on results, accountability, and excellence.
