We're seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team towards reaching business goals in both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. You'll develop and execute innovative sales strategies, lead a dedicated team, and build strong relationships with clients to maximize our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies.
- Perform market analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational and business alignment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or Business.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in sales or sales management, preferably in GT and MT environments.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve targets.
- Sales Strategy: Skilled in creating and executing sales plans that drive results.
- Target-Oriented: Goal-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in market analysis and data interpretation.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Flexibility & Mobility: Willing to travel and adapt to dynamic field situations.
