Overview:

• Aligning an organizations technology infrastructure with its business strategy.
• Primary responsibility is to develop and maintain the architecture framework that guides the development and deployment of IT systems, ensuring all components work together seamlessly.
• Create and maintain the architecture framework that guides IT system development and deployment.
• Establish and enforce governance policies to ensure IT projects adhere to architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop long-term IT strategies that support business goals.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams.
• Assess new technologies to determine their suitability for the organization.
• Oversee IT change management processes to ensure changes align with the enterprise architecture.
• Develop a detailed blueprint of structures and operations and Promote team alignment and standardization.
• Improve product and service delivery and enhance innovation and resilience.
• Communicate regularly with Product Owner.
• Understand customer requirements, Business Value, and Cost of Collaborate with impacted Product Management to Communicate customer solution intent.
• Determine customer solution forecasts.
• Gain acceptance and commitment of Features as assigned during PI Planning.
• Understand status of committed Features and Stories associated- Collaborate with Project Team.
• Review and document all IT and Business requirements and risks to support a solution and rollout.
• Remove/escalate obstacles from team members that hinder progress.
• Understand support teams processes, SLOs and requests needed to support solutions.
• Understand status of committed Features and Stories.
