Required Skills & Experience
- Reporting & Technical Skills
- Excel template-based reporting utilizing VBA code for report formatting and generation
- Development and support of:
- Cost Report Packages
- By WBS
- By Contract
- CAPEX Report Packages
- ECOSYS Functional Expertise
- Strong familiarity with the ECOSYS Contract Module
- Experience working in heavily customized ECOSYS environments
- Understanding of multi-model data sets, including:
- Cost Objects
- Tasks
- Transactions
- Knowledge of ECOSYS security models, specifically:
- Security based on Contracts and Scopes of Work
- Level 02 WBS designating Scope of Work
- Data Analytics & Troubleshooting
- Strong data analysis skills
- Ability to review, manipulate, and troubleshoot ECOSYS data
- Experience identifying missing or incorrect data attributes that impact reports and screens
- User & System Support Responsibilities
- Updating user security access to add Scopes of Work
- Creating new ECOSYS security groups as new Scopes of Work are added
- Creating and maintaining:
- WBS structures
- Contract lines
