*PLM Solution Architect*

Required Qualifications:

Define end-to-end PLM solution architecture for enterprise implementations, with Siemens Teamcenter as the primary platform

Translate business, engineering, and IT requirements into logical and physical solution designs

Own architecture artifacts including system landscapes, integration patterns, data models, and deployment views

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security, and non-functional requirements

Provide architectural governance and design assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle

12 - 15 years of experience in PLM solution architecture and implementation, with deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter

Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale PLM solutions in complex environments

Strong hands-on knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, configuration, customization, and deployment models

Experience integrating PLM with ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, and other enterprise systems

Solid understanding of data models, lifecycle management, and engineering processes

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

Siemens Teamcenter certifications preferred

Experience in industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, or High-Tech

Prior experience in roles such as PLM Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Enterprise Architect

Experience supporting US-based clients in large, regulated, or multi-site environments

Design and govern integrations between Teamcenter and adjacent enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, data platforms)

Define PLM data models, data migration strategies, and master data alignment

Ensure data integrity, performance, scalability, and lifecycle traceability across systems

Collaborate with business, engineering, and IT stakeholders to validate architectural decisions

Work closely with Siemens and other technology vendors to align on product capabilities and roadmaps

Support sales and pursuit teams by contributing to solution architectures, estimates, and technical responses

*PLM Data Migration Architect*

Required Qualifications:

Define the end-to-end PLM data migration architecture for enterprise transformations, with Siemens Teamcenter as the target platform.

12+ years of experience in PLM implementations with a strong focus on data migration, and deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter. Proven experience leading large-scale, complex PLM data migrations (e.g., Agile Teamcenter, multi-instance consolidations).

Translate business, engineering, and IT data requirements into migration strategies, and transformation rules.

Design and govern scalable, repeatable migration approaches (e.g., migration factories, rule-driven transformations, automation etc.).

Define and enforce data quality, reconciliation, and validation (pre and Post loading) strategies, including dry runs, cutover readiness, and rollback planning.

Collaborate closely with solution architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure seamless continuity of the digital thread post migration.

Preferred Qualifications

Leading an end-to-end Data Migration supporting Teamcenter transformation program especially movement from Agile PLM to Teamcenter

Siemens Teamcenter certifications preferred

Experience in industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, or High-Tech

Experience supporting US-based clients in large, regulated, or multi-site environments

*TeamCenter Technology SME*

Required Qualifications:

Provide deep hands-on technical expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, including configuration, BMIDE modeling, workflows, and lifecycle management.

8+ years of Hands on technical expertise in Teamcenter Integration platforms including CAD, ECAD and Enterprise Integrations (T4EA etc.)

Support solution and data migration architects by creating demonstrations with BMIDE Configurations, workflow creation etc. Assist the Solution architect to run design workshops to validate requirements and design.

Review and assure technical designs, configurations, and deployments align with Teamcenter best practices.

Coordinate with offshore scrum teams to manage build

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to performance, data integrity, configurations, and customizations.

Act as the primary technical escalation point, collaborating with Siemens, implementation teams, and client IT for rapid issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

Siemens Teamcenter certifications preferred
