Sales Internship

Internship Program Overview: As a Sales Intern at Lugera Ukraine, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and business development. You will work closely with our experienced sales team, learning from their expertise and gaining practical skills in prospecting, lead generation, client relationship management, and sales techniques. This internship is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in sales while offering valuable insights into the recruitment and HR services industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in prospecting and lead generation activities
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries
• Support the team in preparing sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective sales strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales activity records
• Attend client meetings and presentations to gain exposure to the sales process
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed

Requirements:

• High motivation to start or restart a career in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in Ukrainian; English language upper - intermediate
