Job Description:

Lugera Recruitment Agency is currently seeking Registered Nurses with OPI certification for placement in hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions across Italy. 

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare facilities. We are looking for dedicated professionals with a minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience and advanced proficiency in the Italian language.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing and monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications, and assisting with treatments and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and document patients' progress.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with infection control protocols and standards.
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance when required.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and promote positive outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, procedures, and regulations relevant to nursing practice.

Requirements:

• Valid nursing license and registration in Italy.
• Advanced proficiency in the Italian language.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations and make critical decisions.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
