Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
