Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per year (pro-rata for part-time) + uncapped commission

About the Role
Our client, a leading video production company specializing in high-quality B2B video content, is seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Representative. This role focuses on generating demand for video production services by building relationships with prospective clients and aligning outreach efforts with the company's ideal customer profile.
This position offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work from home or in the office and part-time or full-time hours to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to spark interest in video production services.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Implement and manage targeted outreach campaigns.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and interactions, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing relationships.
- Marketing & Business Acumen: Leverage an understanding of the marketing and business landscape to identify opportunities and tailor outreach strategies.
- Appointment Setting & Discovery Calls: Schedule meetings and discovery calls with potential clients, working closely with the Managing Director to explore new opportunities.
- Targeting Small & Mid-Market Enterprises: Focus on small and mid-market enterprises that align with the company's customer profile.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, email, and social media.
- Experience managing outreach campaigns and nurturing leads through a CRM.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a drive for success and achieving goals.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies is a plus.
- A solid understanding of marketing and business practices.
- Proven track record of setting appointments and generating business opportunities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in or with video production or digital content industries.
- Prior experience in a business development role, particularly in B2B environments.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday.

Requirements:
- Located within the UK with the ability to travel to Lancashire with 48 hours notice.
- GCSE or equivalent education (required).
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proficiency in English.
