Sales/Customer Service and Admin Consultant - Horwich, Bolton

Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 per year, plus additional performance bonuses
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-12 hour shifts, weekend availability

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established plumbing and heating company, is seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales/Customer Service and Admin Consultant to join their team in Horwich, Bolton. This role is central to building strong customer relationships and supporting sales targets by managing customer inquiries, setting up survey appointments, and assisting with post-installation customer follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking survey appointments and coordinating with lead generators to increase lead flow
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure positive client experiences
  • Registering completed installations and promoting aftercare packages
  • Supporting the team with various tasks, utilizing organizational and administrative skills
  • Engaging with customers over the phone to drive customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and telesales experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
  • Prior experience in a heating or cooling industry is beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; telemarketing and B2B sales experience preferred
