Job Title: Entry-Level Program Manager Tech

Location: Remote

Duration/Start Date: 9/23/2024

Salary Range: $37.50 - $41.25 hourly

Candidates with previous experience working at Microsoft Corporation, either as a full-time employee (FTE) or contractor, are strongly preferred.


Role Summary:

This role will contribute to the Emerging Leaders and Advanced Leader Programs that are launching. Will work on the metrics for both programs, documentation, basic learning, meeting program milestones.


Job Responsibilities:

Works with Microsoft Curriculum Managers and other trainers to identify specific business needs and to propose training solutions. Assess the needs of target audiences. Designs, develops, writes and maintains courseware with primary development in e-learning authoring tools to create interactive and engaging content. This includes videos, quizzes, simulations, and more. Design and develop supporting materials including slides, handouts, lab instructions, and lab solutions for courses that emphasize the tasks necessary to perform duties.

- Video editing | 1-2 years of experience.
- SharePoint experience | 1-2 years of experience.
-Analyzing data/metrics | 1-2 years of experience.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Strong written and oral communication skills with experience providing project status to line and senior management
High level of organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail
Collecting, organize, and analyze data and program metrics.

Can work autonomously and collaboratively, taking initiative and interacting with both global and regional leaders.
Time management: shows skills in developing timelines and completing projects
Experience working with media such as video and video editing
Experience with PPT, word, excel

Years of Experience Required: 0-2 overall years of experience in the field.
Certification in project management, that would be preferred but not required.

Optional:
PowerBI experience
Experience developing training deployments with responsive design/mobile learning platforms such as Articulate Storyline
