Summary:
The Xbox Platform and Subscriptions marketing team (home to Game Pass) is responsible for driving growth, engagement and monetization across the Xbox ecosystem. We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Project Manager to support global go-to-market initiatives for Game Pass. This role provides an incredible opportunity to partner closely with a wide range of cross-functional teams across Xbox to align and execute go-to-market plans and is a great opportunity for someone who loves a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where each day offers a range of new challenges and opportunities. The ideal person enjoys driving clarity of complex problems, organizing information and timelines, and communicating with many stakeholders in a constantly evolving environment. A clear track record of delivering successful go-to-market plans is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Support global go-to-market (GTM) v-teams to land product news and drive demand across Xbox owned and operated, earned and paid channels
Own the GTM project management elements to keep teams on track, including driving the project status trackers, facilitating collection of regular updates from teams and helping facilitate weekly meetings and follow-ups
Manage project timelines by identifying key deliverable dates, cross-functional dependencies, and flagging project risks and blockers
Manage the collection, distribution, and maintenance of product assets and copy
Assist with executive communications, including creating presentation decks for ongoing leadership reviews
Support retail strategy and go-to-market motions for Game Pass
Own approval process for partners who request subscription trial codes
Best vs average:
Im looking for a Sr. Marketing Project Manager to help support some of our Game Pass go to market programs. Theres a strong preference to find someone with Xbox GTM experience (who may know processes / stakeholders) to shorten their ramp time, but not an absolute requirement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher
7+ years of marketing or project management experience
Xbox GTM experience strongly preferred
Comfort working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments with rapidly changing requirements
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple stakeholders
Excellent project management experience, demonstrated by strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
Ability to build internal relationships and identify who the go-to-person is from each function
Self-starter and team-player mindset
Interest in gaming and subscription services
