Salary Range: $56.01- $61.62/hourly
Candidates with previous experience working at Microsoft Corporation, either as a full-time employee (FTE) or contractor, are strongly preferred.Summary:
The purpose of this team is to help research and grow copilot within a tool's suite of products.
Key projects: This role will contribute to supporting copilot research efforts.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 10% meetings, 20% collaboration with peers, 60% heads down, 10% reporting (sharing insights, etc.).

Years of Experience Required: 5-7+ overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: None required but having a degree is a bonus
Disqualifiers: Candidates transitioning from academic research without product experience may not be ideal.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience working in a large tech company, experience with providing tactical research support, usability testing experience, concept testing experience, strong executive presence (ability and confidence to step in and give presentations to stakeholders) .
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work, collaboration, and staying focused on tasks.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 5+ years experience with understanding various research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
2. Minimum 5+years experience with synthesis, analysis, and storytelling skills.
3. Minimum 5+years experience with ability to create solid research documents and provide tactical research support.
