Requirements

  • Respond to customer’s queries about general product and order questions Back office tasks (editing orders, updating inventory, creating store credit, etc.)
  • Provide support via phone, chat, email, and SMS
  • At least a year in managing websites through WordPress
  • Zendesk, Asana, Loom (for mini video tutorials), and WordPress
  • Be friendly, kind, and patient Pleasant demeanor

Equipment

  • 8GB RAM and Core i5 above or equivalent processor (required)
