Requirements
The CSA will answer queries via phone and email. Offer T1 Tech support that includes account creation, re-enablement, permissions updates, and password reset. Escalation of system down reports. Routing of bug/issue reports, project requests, and/or feature/enhancement requests

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, by phone, and over email
Ability to work autonomously; follows agreed-upon processes and procedures;
Ability to escalate incidents as needed;
